When you think of Peru, do you imagine visiting the Incan Imperial City of Cusco, walking the Inca Trail, or experiencing the mystery of the ruins of Machu Picchu? How about lounging in the Amazon Jungle, trekking through the Andes, white water rafting on some of the best rivers in the world, cycling through the Sacred Valley of the Incas, enjoying the beauty of the country while horseback riding on Peruvian Pasos, driving a 4X4 through the wilds of the mountains, or climbing the heights of the ranges by Huaraz? Or perhaps you want to spend time with the locals, learning the culture. Maybe you see yourself flying high above the Nazca Lines, boating on the highest navigable lake in the world – Lake Titicaca, or watching the incredible condors in the Colca Canyon by Arequipa.

Peru is one of the most incredibly diverse countries in South America - a country rich in Archaeological, Cultural and Geographical wonders.

The pre-Hispanic cultures Moche, Chimu, Nazca, Chavin, Wari and, last but not least, the Incas have all left their mark on the landscape with huge mud-brick palaces, mysterious cities and figures etched on the desert floor.

The Andes are one of the most beautiful and accessible mountain ranges in the world and in Peru you will find the most impressive glacial peaks.

The Cordilleras' Blanca and Huayhuash in Huaraz and the Urubamba, Vilcanota and Vilcabamba in the Cuzco region offer a wide variety of landscapes, archaeological sites and glimpses at the lives of the local Indians and their customs.

PERU, with its beaches, desert, mountains, national parks and many archaeological sites is arguably the most interesting country in the Americas.
